Responsibilities:
Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.
Design and prototype user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
Develop design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency across our products and services;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers;
Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts and iterate on designs based on user feedback;
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
Things we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in design or a related field;
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite;
Experience with design systems and style guides
Proficiency in prototyping, visual design, and wireframing tools;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Problem-solving, creativity, organization, and teamwork;
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Tech savvy & internet lover;
Fluency in english and portuguese (mandatory);
