Solutions
We created a new website for VIPLANT with the main aim of enhancing the user experience, extending the quality of the physical purchase to the digital environment.
We introduced personalised offer packages and created the VIPLANT Card, a loyalty programme that offers clients the opportunity to make purchases with advantageous conditions and get first-hand access to exclusive and personalised content, such as online and face-to-face courses.
Results
Internally: We provided the client with a platform that gives them autonomy in managing their online business.
Externally: We observed an increase of approximately 75 per cent in online sales. The VIPLANT Card gained around 450 members in the first three months, and the customer database grew exponentially.
We developed a robust and intuitive CMS - in WordPress and WooCommerce - which allows VIPLANT to personalise the site's look and easily launch promotions on special occasions, such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, the arrival of spring, etc…
In terms of CRM, we have centralised all customer data, which has allowed us to strengthen long-term relationships, ensuring that customers are always the first to know about new products and promotions. In addition, we collect feedback on the quality of service in a discreet and non-intrusive way.
