Currently, Buzzvel designers are developing a new feature for a product. During in-depth research with different customer profiles, needs were identified that had not previously been foreseen in previous phases of the project. Based on the analysis of customer responses, new essential features for the project's success emerged.

To gain insights, we conducted structured online interviews with open-ended questions to understand how users interacted with the current system, the pain points they encountered, and what features they felt were missing. Our research revealed that users wanted a seamless way to personalize multiple prints at once while also receiving clear guidance on available options. This led us to design a platform that not only simplified customization but also offered educational content to enhance the user experience and minimize the need for external assistance.
